Figures and account details shown are from an example report, not customer results. Hosted by AAA Signal, so nothing loads from YouTube. Watching doesn't connect an account or change your settings.
Before you start
- An AAA Signal account with enough website slots.
- Your own Google account must have access to the existing Search Console website and matching GA4 property. Ask the owner or agency to grant access if needed; never share passwords.
Set it up, step by step
- Open Connections and follow Bring your existing setup. Keep your old reporting service active while checking the changeover.
- Connect the Google account that already has access. Load your existing properties, select the correct Search Console website and matching GA4 property in the form, then Save business settings. Keep your existing website tags.
- Choose Check saved setup. Review the returned report dates, Search Console and Analytics availability and any warnings. A readable report does not prove a form event is correctly installed.
- Optionally download the CSV template. Map tasks or keywords into kind, title, detail, url, priority, dueDate columns, then upload a file under 100 KB with up to 50 rows. Preview the business and rows before choosing Import.
- Open SEO workboard or Keyword watchlist to check imported items. Tasks start as Planned; matching titles within the same type and business are skipped. All rows are validated before a batch is written.
- Choose Set weekly email to set your preferences and explicitly opt in. Only cancel the old service with its provider once you have verified reporting and any enabled email delivery.
In the dashboard menu: Account → Connections.
How to use it
Your reporting history stays in its existing Google properties. AAA Signal reads the history available through Google’s APIs, rather than copying another app’s database.
Both reporting tools can remain connected during the changeover. Leave your existing tracking tags and Google property ownership in place.
What the results mean
Existing Google properties stay in Google; AAA Signal reads the history available through Google’s APIs. Website hosting, Google ownership and tracking tags do not move.
The CSV importer supports tasks and keywords in the documented template. It does not import another app’s credentials, historic keyword positions, report snapshots, billing, tracking tags or email schedules.
If something goes wrong
My property is missing
Confirm the Google account and ask the property owner to grant access if needed. Load properties again; do not select a different website.
My CSV import was rejected
Use the template headers, 1–50 rows and valid dates. Page URLs must belong to this business’s selected Search Console property. Fix all reported errors and preview again. Matching titles are skipped; task and keyword limits still apply.
The numbers do not match
Compare the same property, complete dates, timezone, metric and filters. Google reporting delays and different report definitions may affect results.
Keep going
- Connect Google and choose the right website
- Set up Analytics visitor reporting
- Measure successful enquiries, not just clicks
- Set up, read and troubleshoot weekly email reports
