WEEKLY SIGNAL EMAIL

A weekly website report you can read between jobs.

Keep up with your website without opening several reporting tools. Weekly Signal Email summarises seven complete days of available Google data for your selected business, explains what changed and suggests practical checks.

Read-only Google reporting · no automatic website edits · Australian business pricing

Your real reporting period

See the dates behind the summary. Search reporting uses complete data ending three days ago, so the email does not treat an unfinished day as a result.

Useful facts and next steps

Review search clicks and visibility, available Analytics figures and the next checks suggested by AAA Signal’s built-in guidance. Missing data is explained.

A schedule you control

Choose a delivery day, local hour and timezone for each business. Reports go to your verified account email, with an unsubscribe link in each message.

How to use it in AAA Signal

  1. Choose the intended business and connect its Search Console property. Select Analytics if you want visitor and enquiry-event reporting.
  2. Open Email reports and preview the real weekly summary.
  3. Choose the day, local hour and timezone, confirm the opt-in and save preferences.
  4. Review the email, investigate meaningful changes in the dashboard and unsubscribe whenever you need.

What your Weekly Signal includes

The summary starts with available Search Console clicks and impressions and compares clicks with the previous equal-length period when a meaningful comparison is available. If the connected Analytics property supplies active-user or selected enquiry-event figures, those are explained separately. Search clicks, users and enquiry events are different measures.

The next-step guidance responds to observed reporting gaps and changes. For example, missing Analytics can lead to a connection check, and fewer search clicks can lead to reviewing the affected searches and pages. It does not invent a reason for a decline or promise that an action will increase rankings.

Built for a busy owner, with each business kept separate

A business owner can use the email to decide whether the website needs attention this week, then open the dashboard when there is something worth investigating. The email is a concise summary rather than every query, page or technical finding. Detailed reporting remains in AAA Signal.

If you monitor more than one business, each has its own report settings and email opt-in. Check that the selected website and Analytics property belong together before enabling delivery. Emails are sent to the verified account address; mailing lists, arbitrary recipients and agency client-sharing links are not included.

Preview first, then choose whether to receive it

Open Email reports in your dashboard to prepare a real seven-day preview. Previewing does not send a message. Check the business, report dates and any missing-data explanation before enabling weekly delivery.

You can turn reports off in the dashboard or confirm an unsubscribe from the email link. Opening the link alone displays a confirmation page so an email security scanner does not unsubscribe you simply by following it. Turning emails off does not cancel your account or paid plan. An email already accepted by the provider may still arrive.

Reporting is useful evidence, not a guarantee

Small counts can create large percentage changes. A quieter week may justify investigation, but the summary does not establish that a website edit, competitor or Google update caused it. Enquiry-event counts are not automatically unique customers or confirmed sales.

Google availability, quotas and mail-provider processing can delay or prevent delivery. A chosen hour is a schedule rather than a guaranteed arrival minute. If access is missing, restore it in Connections; do not assume that an absent report means there was no website activity.

Common questions

Do I need Google Analytics to use weekly reports?

Analytics is optional. A connected Search Console website is required for scheduled search reporting. Analytics figures are unavailable until the correct property is selected and returns data.

Can I send reports to a client or mailing list?

This release sends to your verified AAA Signal account email only. You can deliberately download a report from Report studio and share the file yourself, but direct client mailing and shared report links are not available.

Does the email change my website?

No. It explains available data and recommends checks. It does not publish edits, change Analytics settings or request Google indexing.

Will unsubscribing cancel my subscription?

No. It stops weekly emails for the associated business. Billing cancellation is a separate action in Plans & billing.
