Disconnect & delete your data

You can remove Google access yourself or ask us to delete your AAA Signal account data.

Disconnect Google immediately

  1. Open your AAA Signal dashboard.
  2. Select Connections.
  3. Choose Disconnect Google access.
  4. Confirm the request.

AAA Signal then asks Google to revoke the authorisation and deletes the stored encrypted token and saved sitemap indexing inventories. Saved business names, selected properties and event settings are retained so you can reconnect. This does not retain Google authorisation and does not cancel your subscription or SEO purchase. You can also remove access from your Google Account’s third-party connections page.

Stop an automated SEO review

Open SEO Action Plans in your dashboard, find the order and use Stop automated work in its progress panel when available. This revokes that order’s automation consent and stops further queued work. An already completed report remains available. Contact us if the control is unavailable or you want the stored review evidence, draft or report deleted. Stopping work is separate from a cancellation or refund request.

Weekly emails and saved reports

Open Email reports, select the business and turn weekly emails off, or follow the unsubscribe link in a report. This stops future scheduled emails; a message already accepted by the provider may still arrive. Google disconnection also disables scheduled reports. To restart them, reconnect and opt in again. Turning emails off does not cancel billing.

In Report studio, delete saved snapshots you no longer want. In SEO workboard or Keyword watchlist, delete individual tasks, notes or keywords; saved search filters can be deleted in Search explorer; deleting a keyword also deletes its recorded checks. These retained records are separate from the Google token and are not erased just by disconnecting Google. Downloaded copies and messages in your mailbox must be deleted from those locations separately.

Request account deletion

Use the contact form, choose Privacy or data deletion, or email support@aaasignal.com.au from the email used for your AAA Signal account. Tell us whether you want only the Google connection removed or the entire AAA Signal account deleted, including stored SEO-review evidence and plans you no longer want retained. We may verify your identity before acting.

What account deletion covers

Once verified, we delete or de-identify the account profile, business settings, stored Google connection, encrypted token, saved indexing inventories, background review work and its collected evidence, generated drafts/reports, email preferences and delivery records, saved report snapshots, SEO tasks, notes, saved filters, keywords and their recorded checks, and other customer content that is no longer needed to operate or protect the service. Deleting AAA Signal does not delete your separate ChatGPT, Claude, Google or Stripe accounts.

Assistant approvals and imported workspace data

Revoke a read-only assistant approval in AI assistants to block future report calls. This does not remove information already shared in ChatGPT or Claude; manage that through your assistant account. Imported tasks and keywords can be removed through the workboard and keyword list. A verified account-deletion request also covers assistant approval records and associated OAuth grants, alongside private workspace data, subject to the limited retention below.

What may be retained

Subscription, invoice, transaction, SEO order, refund, fraud-prevention, security and legal records may be retained where reasonably necessary or required by law. Those records are restricted to the purpose for which they are retained and deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.

Timing

Google disconnection from the dashboard is designed to take effect immediately. Verified account-deletion requests are handled within a reasonable period; we will tell you if a legal or technical reason requires a longer period or prevents deletion of a specific record.
