A report you can keep

Save up to 20 snapshots per business. Download a standalone HTML report for printing to PDF, or JSON data for your own review.

From findings to finished work

Use built-in guidance and opportunity reports to choose useful checks, then manage tasks, notes, priorities and due dates in your SEO workboard.

How to use it in AAA Signal

  1. Connect the intended website’s Search Console property and, optionally, its GA4 property and genuine enquiry event.
  2. Open Report studio, choose a complete reporting period and build the report.
  3. Review missing-data notes and recommended checks before drawing conclusions.
  4. Save a snapshot, download a printable report and record selected actions in the SEO workboard.

A useful small-business SEO report answers practical questions

A report should help you understand whether relevant search visibility is changing, which pages deserve attention and whether visitor or enquiry measurement is usable. More tables do not automatically produce a better decision. Start with the business question, then check the reporting period, property and available evidence.

Report studio combines an overview, the next steps suggested by AAA Signal and available bounded opportunity findings. It does not include every page or query, a full-site technical crawl, backlinks or competitor ranking research. The report preserves warnings and explains when information could not be collected.

Keep Search Console and Analytics in their proper roles

Search Console describes performance in Google search. Analytics describes measured activity on the website. Clicks, sessions, active users and enquiry events use different definitions and should not be treated as interchangeable counts. A configured key event is not automatically a sale or a unique customer.

For a page-level investigation, Landing page value compares Search Console with Analytics google / organic sessions using hostname and path. Rows returned by only one source are retained. This is an aggregate comparison, not a user-level connection between a specific search and a purchase. Consent choices, reporting settings and missing rows can limit the comparison.

Save a snapshot, then share it deliberately

Choose seven, 28 or 90 complete days in Report studio and build the report for the selected business. Saved reports are historical snapshots and do not refresh themselves when Google data changes. You can reopen or delete them in the dashboard. Up to 20 reports can be retained for each business.

Download the HTML report and open it in a browser, then choose Print and Save as PDF. JSON export is available for your own data workflow. Files can contain private business figures and search queries, so share them only with intended recipients. Client access grants, revocable shared links and white-label report delivery are not included.

Use evidence to decide the next action

Search diagnostics shows your own observed CTR bands, query changes where both periods return the query, and performance grouped by first URL path segment. The opportunity centre can highlight searches and pages worth reviewing. These are directional investigations, not a promise of extra clicks or proof of what caused a change.

Keep the action specific: review a title, test an enquiry event, or inspect an important service page. Add the task to the workboard with a page address and due date, and record what you changed. The report and workboard do not apply edits to your website. A quieter or busier period alone does not prove that the work succeeded or failed.

Common questions

Can I export a PDF report?

Download the printable HTML report, open it in your browser and use Print → Save as PDF. AAA Signal does not run a server-side PDF rendering service.

Are saved reports public pages that Google indexes?

No. Saved reports and dashboard sections are private. A downloaded file is shared only when you choose to send or publish it elsewhere.

Does the report prove which SEO changes generated sales?

No. It presents available aggregated figures and guidance. Revenue and events depend on existing Analytics instrumentation and do not establish that a specific SEO action caused a sale.

Do I need to connect ChatGPT or Claude?

No. Built-in guidance, reports and exports work inside AAA Signal. Read-only custom ChatGPT and Claude connections are available where your assistant plan and workspace support them.
