Keep a private snapshot of the selected business’s reporting, or prepare a current preview without saving a snapshot.

Build a report in seconds

Need a report for the boss, or the accountant? Build one in seconds. A short narrated walkthrough using an example report: Build a report, Saved reports, Download or print, Before and after.

Before you start

  • Live mode, an enabled business and the Google access needed for the reports you want to include.

Set it up, step by step

  1. Choose the business and reporting period, then open Report studio.
  2. Choose Build & save report to keep a snapshot, or Preview current report to prepare an unsaved report.
  3. Read the source dates, next steps and any warnings. Open saved snapshots from Saved reports when needed.
  4. Download printable report for an HTML file or Download data for JSON. To make a PDF, open the HTML in your browser and use Print → Save as PDF.

How to use it

Store up to 20 snapshots per business. A saved snapshot preserves its collected figures; it does not refresh itself.

Share a downloaded report deliberately and only with authorised recipients. There is no hosted client-sharing link in this workflow.

What the results mean

A report combines aggregates and guidance; it does not prove which person or keyword produced a sale.

Missing-source warnings matter. A downloaded private report can contain sensitive business figures.

If something goes wrong

A report is incomplete

Check the source warning, connection and selected properties. Fix the source before building another snapshot.

I cannot save another snapshot

Review the 20-report limit and deliberately remove an old snapshot if appropriate. Deletion removes that saved copy.

I expected a PDF download

Download printable HTML, then use your browser’s Save as PDF option.
