Your data and how to get help

Your data's yours. Here's how we keep it that way, and how to get help fast. A short narrated walkthrough using an example report: Read-only access, Check the basics, Help on every page, Contact us.

Figures and account details shown are from an example report, not customer results. Hosted by AAA Signal, so nothing loads from YouTube. Watching doesn't connect an account or change your settings.

Before you start

  • The exact feature and business you are reviewing, plus the visible error message where available.

Set it up, step by step

  1. Read the message and the relevant feature guide. Check the selected business, source properties, period and live/example mode.
  2. If the issue continues, open Contact or email support@aaasignal.com.au. Include the feature, approximate time and timezone, steps taken and a redacted screenshot.
  3. For billing, include an order or purchase reference rather than card information. For reports, describe the source and dates without sending raw customer records.
  4. Read Privacy and Data deletion for connection storage, retained records and deletion requests. Request account or data deletion through the documented process.

How to use it

Never share passwords, secret keys, Google tokens, full payment card details or private unsubscribe links. Report files can contain sensitive business information.

Disconnecting Google, unsubscribing from reports, cancelling billing and requesting data deletion are different actions. Check which outcome you actually want.

What the results mean

Guides are public and contain no account-specific report data. Contextual help links do not embed business IDs or connection credentials.

Support can investigate a reproducible error more effectively than a screenshot containing only an empty chart.

If something goes wrong

I am not sure which limit was reached

Send the exact message and feature name. Manual indexing-request limits, inspection API quotas, plan allowances and collection limits are different.

I need an urgent account change

Use the documented contact route. Do not post sensitive details in public video comments or community groups.

Keep going

Still stuck? Contact support with the feature, steps and a redacted error screenshot. Never send passwords, secret keys or private report links.
