Before you start
- An enabled business and live mode. No Google write permission is needed to save your own task notes.
Set it up, step by step
- Open SEO workboard and choose SEO task or Dated note / annotation.
- Add a title and details; for tasks, choose a priority, due date and an optional page address on this website.
- Choose Add item, or add a recommended next step from the available guidance.
- Move tasks between Planned, In progress and Complete. Use filters, Edit and the CSV export to review the work.
In the dashboard menu: Grow → SEO workboard.
How to use it
Record what you changed and when. Add a follow-up date so you review enough data after the change.
Keep customer personal information, passwords and secret keys out of task notes and exported files.
What the results mean
Complete means you marked the task complete; AAA Signal has not independently verified the fix or its effect.
Dates and notes help review timing but do not prove that a change caused a later traffic increase.
If something goes wrong
My task disappeared
Check the selected business and status filter before creating a duplicate.
The website has not changed
The workboard is a planner. Apply changes through your website platform or developer, then inspect the actual page.
