Connect Google and choose the right website



Wrong Google account is the number one setup gremlin. Let's squash it.

Open Connections, and make sure the right business is selected at the top of the menu.

Click Connect Google, and sign in with the account that owns your Search Console. Approve the read-only reporting permission.

Click Load my properties. Choose your website. A domain property covers your whole site, which is usually the one you want.

Pick the matching Google Analytics property too, then click Save business settings. Each business has its own settings.

Open Overview to check the numbers look right for that website.
